Class Descriptions & Schedule
Adult Classes
Classes cater to all levels. Classes are structured to provide a challenging workout that will help you improve your technique, build strength and endurance, and achieve your fitness goals. Open mat is offered after at least 2 months of consistent training.
Kids
Children experience a wide range of emotions—sometimes they express them, and sometimes they hold them in. Jiu Jitsu offers a new language for kids to explore and process these feelings while building essential life skills. Through consistent practice, children develop greater focus, presence, body coordination, and confidence. They also learn the importance of consent, respect, and discipline—core values woven into every class at our dojo. In a safe, fun, and welcoming environment, kids gain the tools to defend themselves and grow into empowered, self-aware individuals.
Self Defense Workshops
We offer workshops to all communities and workplaces.
Inclusive Training
At our academy, belonging is at the heart of what we do. While jiu-jitsu is widely practiced, we focus on making it accessible to everyone, including individuals with physical, sensory, or neurodevelopmental differences. Our instructors meet each student where they are, adapting instruction to support their learning style, comfort level, and goals. Whether in group classes or private sessions, together, we can create a space where every student can build confidence, connection, and strength on and off the mat.
Women Classes
Instruction is delivered with care and thoughtfulness, fostering a safe and supportive environment for learning self-defense. Our classes focus on mastering fundamentals and applying intelligent techniques rather than relying on brute strength. Known as the "gentle art," Jiu Jitsu emphasizes skill and strategy, and our dojo is deeply committed to prioritizing women in our training programs. Each class is engaging, dynamic, and fun—offering a well-rounded workout that challenges both body and mind.
Competition
Adult and kids competition teams are available.
Private Classes
We offer private classes by packages. Family, kids, and technical privates are all available.
